Purpose: The objective of this exploration is to show the relation among corporate governance tools (board size, board independence, CEO status, Board Education, and Established Years firm) firm performance which determined by return on asset (ROA). Methodology: Quantitative data are used discover association between variables. top 75 companies registered Pakistan Stock Exchange involving period from 2010 2019 taken as a sample. Findings: research found that there connection with overall extent directors, average education representatives. Insignificant results came for duality established years firm. result predicted an increase in total members will (ROA), whereas reduction independence reduce (ROA) explains importance success performance.
